2. Eligibility and Account
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
- You are responsible for activities that occur under your account unless unauthorized use is reported promptly.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
3. Orders and Deliveries
- WeCart connects customers with personal shoppers to shop and deliver items from available stores.
- Product availability, substitutions, and final totals may vary based on in-store stock and customer approval.
- Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, store delays, or other operational issues.
4. Pricing and Payments
- Prices and fees shown in the app may change and are confirmed at checkout or delivery, as applicable.
- You agree to pay all applicable charges, including item totals, delivery fees, and any additional approved costs.
- Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation or account restrictions.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operations, or submit fraudulent orders.
- Abuse, harassment, or unsafe behavior toward shoppers, support staff, or other users is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the right to remove content, cancel orders, or suspend accounts for prohibited conduct.
6. Intellectual Property
- All WeCart branding, software, content, and platform materials are owned by WeCart or its licensors and are protected by law.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without prior written permission.
7. Service Availability and Changes
- We may update, pause, or discontinue features, delivery zones, or services at any time.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, but we work to maintain reliability and quality.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the extent permitted by law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeCart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.
9. Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify and hold WeCart harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by applicable laws of Zambia, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer law.
- Disputes will be handled by competent courts or authorities in accordance with applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
- We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Material updates may be communicated through the app or other suitable channels.
- Continued use of WeCart after updates means you accept the revised terms.
